At 02:24 and 02:29 are those samples launched quantized in some way? Is the overall transpose ruled by the octatrack or Bitwig?

I was expecting to see a demonstration of on-the-fly tempo changing on the master device. Has anyone tried this and can report how well BWS 2.1 follows?

How does the sync control the transport too? My MTC isn't recognised by Bitwig. I can get MCU transport, but MTC doesn't work with Bitwig, it seems to fall over on the sysEx from the MTC?

Is there a way to slave Bitwig from incoming pulse/audio trigger instead of MIDI, via for example ES8?

This is really an awesome feature I always wanted. How's the sync after a few minutes? What about recording in Bitwig while slaved?

Solid explanation (as usual), but I'm proudly down-voting for your decision to exclude the only thing that really mattered in this video: on the fly tempo adjustments via the OT.

But it is not possible to record tempo changes you would make on your octatrack. So, if you would jam with your octatrack, and you would slow down let us say tempo as a part of your song, record that, play it back now with your midi instruments inside computer. You can't! the part where your recorded octatrack performance is slowing down, is the place where the rest don't follow.
