Multiplying/Dividing in Scientific Notation - Algebra I

In this video, we will discuss multiplication and division in scientific notation. Scientific notation is a mathematical expression used to represent a decimal number between 1 and 10 multiplied by ten, so you can write large numbers using less digits. When mulitplying expressions in scientific notation, multiply the constants and add the exponents. When dividing, divide the constants apart from the exponents. For the exponents, subtract. Write the quotient of each division to from the expression (answer).
