Now I myself am not religious but I am open minded….I approach this with a similar attitude as I would a list about ghost stories and alien sightings….but you may have your own beliefs and experiences which I encourage you to share in the comments section down below. I haven't been in a near-death experience, but I have dreamed of Heaven. A while back I was confused on what I should believe, and if God and Heaven were real. That night, I had a dream. I dreamt I was in a big lobby, with loads of people milling about. There was an elevator on the far side of the room. Then, my pre-school teacher appeared, took my hand and led me into the elevator. I couldn't stop crying, though. She hugged me, and said, "No tears in Heaven, remember?" Then I stopped crying and we went up. It was a LONG ride, maybe 20 minutes. At the top, I stepped out. I was in a huge courtyard, with trees and birds and a lake, and flowers were EVERYWHERE. Off the side of the courtyard were doors. I went through one, and inside was every food I liked. I went through another, and there was every toy I had ever wanted. I went through yet another, and the room held an arcade, with every video game I liked. Then I was lead up a path. As I walked, a light at the end got brighter and brighter. Just before I saw Jesus, I woke up. This was at least 8 years ago, and I still remember everything perfectly.

I was raised by my grandparents, when I was about 5 or 6 my grandmother went into surgery. During said surgery she lost alot of blood. She told me that she saw a very bright light and she herd a calming voice which was either The lord or Jesus. She started pleading that she needed to live to take care of me then she woke up. She's still alive and well today and I'm very grateful for that.

I had an experience. Yes, there really is a heaven. There are no words for how much you are loved, accepted, cherished. I did not experience a tunnel or a bright light or speak to Jesus. I was not wanting to come back but was made to know that I still had something I needed to do. It was completely my choice. What I saw was all the beauty I loved in nature, all the things that were important to me. It was strange because I was in a restaurant parking lot beside an 8 lane freeway. Finally, I heard my children's laughter and thought "I can't leave them. They need me." Instantly I was back in my body. That was 30 years ago. I know I can go any time but I am not afraid because I know how much better it is over there. But there must be something I am still needed for here.

I’m catholic I don’t go to church but I love god and Jesus when I was really sick I had a 15% of surviving I was 4 I saw a white light my mom crying and my dad sad

When i was 6 i had a surgery on my waist, it whent wrong and i was dead for 5 minutes. When i was dead i saw a faint white light and it got brighter and bigger. Then i saw my grandmother that died 1 year earlier, and she said why are you here go back. Then i saw angels all over and then what looked like God. I after heard my name being yelled over and over. Then what i think was God took me somewhere and i saw down in the operating room and god said you belong there. Then i remember seeing the doctor and nurses running around

I am not religious, rather I have a relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus.

When I was a child I drowned and was dead for about 5 minutes until they revived me. I saw a tunnel of light, but what I most remember was the feeling of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. I wanted to go, but was told it wasn't my time yet.

I believe there are angles amoung us. I believe we go to either heaven or hell. As we judge, so will we be judged. My personal beliefs.

several years ago i had a stroke and dr said i was very near death a couple times. i remember being like lost in a building and down one hallway it was dark and scary and the other way was light and bright and it felt like i was confused where i was. then i "dreamed" i my mom (who passed away 20 years earlier) help me find my way back out of there and "home". i thought it was all just a dream while i was in the hospital but i wonder now if that happened to me. it sounds all too familiar, dark and scary one way and light and safe another

I didn’t have a near death experience but when I was maybe about 8 I was getting a hair clip for my mom in the bathroom then I saw my great grandpa that had died in a fire when my mom was 2 years old. He was standing near the closet and he was wearing a white suit and a black tie and he had glasses. I found a old picture of him when he was young and that was the exactly what he looked like.

When I fell asleep in the car once I dreamt about heaven. I dreamed that I was in a white parking lot in my car with my dad and a cat. My dad is allergic to cats so he tried to hurt the cat “before it kicks in”. I don’t remember how I got inside but once inside a white building I saw God and he gave me the answer to life’s biggest questions but I don’t remember what he said.

One time when I was about 10 years old my mom had a miscarriage but all we knew was it was a girl. I was taking a shower then i got out of the shower and I saw a girl with red hair that looked a lot like me but was about 2 years younger than me. I assume she was my sister. I saw her standing by the door way. She just stared at me but then my mom came in the bathroom but she didnt see her then all she saw a towel be picked up and dropped onto the floor. Then I got scared and I ran out of the room.

Been there, done that. Bright light etc. aged 19. Wicked beating, left for dead on country road. Quite dead actually. One month in hospital, pumpkin head etc. etc. Age 70 now, looking forward to the light and the Lord. Hope I don't get sent back here again.!!

I had a dream about Heaven... That was an amazing place. There were mountains where skiers skied and beautiful fields. A beatiful lake as well. I saw a house sitting on top of a cloud. There i slept with angels and other people. I saw my grandma, Jesus Christ, and God. There was a park even where children were crowded to go to. It was an amazing dream and experience. Heaven is the most beautiful and peaceful place to be in.
