Touhou 7 PCB: Lunasa´s 2nd Non Timeout

Also featuring 1st non speedkill.

This non is literally the hardest non in the game, and one of the hardest PCB attack patterns overall if you ask me, only a level below stuff like Hell God Sword, Stage 6 Spam, and Resurrection Butterfly.

I am not very consistent at it, so, since I want to get a Perfect Lunatic 1cc at some point, I need to have all the consistency I can get, and I figured trying to timeout it would help...

Well... it seems like dodging this at the corner might be safer... MIGHT, not 100% convinced yet, I still have to practice this one more and see if theres a more consistent way to dodge this non.
