Just made it! I added walnuts and coconut sugar on top, then when it was done baking at 30 min, added nut butter and maple syrup. I really like the texture, it is yummy! Nice easy breakfast to get out of the egg and toast rut.

I made mine in the microwave- I microwaved it for 1 minute and then microwaved it in intervals of 20 until it looked cooked enough.
I also topped it with granola ✨
