Nice idea but Hitler's death wouldn't prevent WW2 from happening. Someone else forms an extremist party and rises to power in Germany or the Soviet Union starts WW2. Also, Imperial Japan's turn towards ruthless expansionism had nothing to do with Hitler so they would've gone to war with the U.S anyways.

As a Korean myself, I realized that WW2 brought my country independence from Japan. If the war never happened, then I don’t know what will happen to me.

WW2 was inevitable because of how disgusting was the Treaty of Versailles. Germans were facing hyperinflation above 100%, the people were starving, struggling to live, working endless hours for making barely enough to eat bread. Even if Hitler wasnt there, someone else would have done the same thing to free its people. There is no way to prevent oppressed and enslaved people from wanting to unleash hell other than not oppressing them to begin with.

Even though World War II may have gotten many people dead, it went to the right path. We got advanced technology more early and many countries got independence and freedom. The people who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield knew what was coming. I give all my respect for the soldiers and civilians that suffered and sacrificed their lives. R.I.P 80 Million People

But unfortunately.. WWII was an inevitability, the only question is *when* war would break out
If the Germans didn’t start WWII, the USSR *would*
But in all likelihood, it would have been Germany that made the first move
Germany was ripe with extremism(not only Nazism but Communism)
The USSR were very actively pursuing western expansion
Japan was cutting swathes through East Asia.
Like in 1914, war was an inevitability

This video conveniently omits the fact that Japan and Italy were also members of the axis powers. Even without Hitler's Germany, there would still most likely have been a Pacific war rather than the WW2 that we know of.
