Our research project is on Java Swing, which will develop a Library Management System that helps libraries with their operations. We will develop a user interface with six sections separated by Tab Sheets. I will describe in detail every section and its function. After opening the system, the first section is a login interface, where users must write their UserName and Password of members to use this system. The second section is an add books section. This section has text fields where users can write book names, writers' names, and numbers. There is also a button; when users click, a book's record is saved to the database. In this section, staff and members can be added to the library. The third section is the borrow and return books section. After users add a book to the database, they can click the borrow button on the borrow and return section. The borrow section also has a registered member next to the borrow button because users can't borrow any books if there are no members' details in the system. After users borrow books, a record is saved in the database, and they can see the operation history. After returning books, a record is saved in the database, and users can see the return history. The fourth section is a search section, in which librarians search books by title, ID, or writer. There are three text fields users can use in this section. The last section is for members. Users can add new members and delete them, but they can see current members in the system. After adding new members, a record is saved in the database. If users delete a member, they can put a new member into the database.
Our Project Program Library Management System its relentless focus on usability, functionality, and future-proofing, is designed to cater to various libraries' needs. It can seamlessly integrate into different educational and business settings, enhancing accessibility and usability for both library patrons and staff members.
