My son went through this phase when he was younger. He's mestizo looking, but because my husband is Native American he wanted to keep our son's hair long. So many strangers thought he was a girl. It started making him feel bad because the kids at school would obviously talk about him. For fun, I got him a shirt that says "I'm a boy".

I like how kmjs narrated a list of things that people think for a certain gender, it's sad how the gender role norms that the society put on us still lives on our Medias, it's 2022 this issue shouldn't be the topic, media should focus on how people will understand that such norms for gender is a product of a hundreds of centuries of hatred, sexism and discrimination. kudos for the lady who encourages the viewersto respect the persons identity.

I'm in the same situation👀. The only difference is that I'm a girl that looks like a boy💔 and a lot of people, specially my relatives, have been teasing me and always asked if I'm girl or boy. Yes, nakakapagod mag sabi na "babae po ako🙂💔". I just like having my hair in a pixie cut more than growing it long.
