Let us unite our bodies and spirits in pleading for health throughout the world. We will be stronger and more powerful if you will join the world-wide Good Friday fast and prayer! Let us pray that this pandemic may be controlled, caregivers protected, the economy strengthened and life normalized...a beautiful and new normal. Please be mindful of your own medical restrictions (diabetes, food addiction in recovery, or other) and decide in fasting what constitutes a sacrifice for you. Together we will be filled, comforted and directed.
