if an electric company charges electricity for 10 rupees per kwh how much would that be for a, normal bulb, LED and CFL ? for each month per year pls help

I'm so sorry but can anybody explain why if the rate is 6 cent, why he multiplied the energy by 6. Instead of .06. If .10 is ten cents then I thought he would multiply the energy x .06 or does it matter?
