Thank you for sharing your trek from the north rim to the south rim. It looked like you had beautiful weather, if a bit chilly. But, having hiked in the canyon during both hot and cold temperatures on different trips, I’ll take cold over hot. I really enjoyed seeing the fall colors on your video. And nice job on getting some great scenery shots. The Grand Canyon is one of those places that grabs you. Though we’ve hiked there several times, it’s somewhere I long to visit again and again.

Nice video, what a hike. You might consider a gear video for those who might want to do that hike. Some tips on what did and didn’t work etc. I’ve been there many times but have never done that hike. Congrats for taking on and completing the challenge.

Walking up to that bridge that crosses the river....sooo reminds me of the cool short but high bidge that you cross the Salmon river. At least i thinks its on the salmon river. On the Idaho BDR....if heading south. You cross from left to right just like that at a narrow spot. But totally reminded me of that.

Great video Tim. What would have been your total hike time had you done the rim to rim in one day instead of two? I’m considering doing it in one day and unsure of what to expect.
