I have this Frag in my collection. I like it a lot and often reach for it on a cold Scottish Highlands day. Never thought about trying it in the summer, but im sure Mr Smelly said he took it on a Holiday abroad last summer. So, i may well give it a go when the (slightly) warmer weather arrives

This fragrance is basically an illustration of the magic Maurice Roucel can pull off on a tight budget. This smells like what would happen if Angel and JPG had a baby which they cradled in marzipan and cherries, with the quality to match.

i have 2017 one and 2021 one and color of juice is transparent in new one its not super strong im disapointed dont buy if you want super powerful frag becouse it is above average projection but still ok for price. Smell is still almost the same

A good compromise between old school and modern..I’ve leaned more in the old school direction lately. This is a gem of a cheapie. Great review 👍🏼

It's 35 degrees celsius out today, I just picked this up and put one spray on the wrist to test ... Had to roll down the windows in my car ... Don't like the opening, too synthetic ... but the dry down is really nice ... And performance doesn't seem to be an issue

This does NOT last more than a few hours in its prime. Does NOT last long at all so the performance lacks.

Yep, it's a cheapie but goodie. When i first got it I thought it was way to sweet and reminded me of a blended up bakewell tart, literally a sweet cherry/almond bomb. Give it a few good sprays and let it settle down for a couple of months and then it really shines. It does have a bit of original (pink) Joop about it at first but that dies off as it settles. As for performance it is beastly, I went to a coffee tasting wearing 7 sprays and 2 hours after applying I stank out the venue to the point where folk couldn't get the nuances of the coffees on show. Not my finest hour!! Good juice and well worth a blind buy for sure. In a similar vain, Lapidus Pour Homme Sport is a blind buy must for any fans of original Kouros, albeit, it smells the same but without the nasty urinal cake skank Kouros is famed for :)

Great review. I've wanted to get my nose on this for some time now. I need to just pull the trigger and get it already. I've actually heard something about this one from various people in the fragrance community. It's said that you might be tempted, but no matter how much you are to never ever ever spray this after midnight 😜 Thanks again for the great content!!
