Scp 173 is actually ancient enemy of scps 682 (yes there were more of them) and in one world end it started duplicating after seeing scp 682 and having a "fight" with it but scp 682 was too scared to fight it and knew it couldnt defeat it so it grew many eyes on his body (scp 682 was scared of him because it saw him kill his brother in fight). It destroyed humanity by duplicating way too many times. So yeah scp 173 is maybe the most brutal entity.

I think people dont understand how fearsome scp 106 is, Imagine, you are suddenly brought to a pocket dimensions where you cant die and have to suffer the most painful of tortures done by a sick creature that only knows pain. You only die when he decides so.

O Ye, Death is a scary one to me. The idea of everything dying on Earth, even the very bacteria needed to cause decay, could be brought back through an unsuspecting tunnel. It even killed the 682 of that dimension

Honestly I’d take scp 173 over any of them. You can stop him just by looking at him and if it does get you at least its usually a relatively quick death. Also, could you not just blink one eye at time to keep 173 at bay as long as you need to?
