WORLD’S BEST RESTAURANT FOR 2024 REVEALED

Do you have doubts that Spain is the best dining destination in the world? Six restaurants from Spain have secured a spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for 2024, with three of them ranking in the top five. The awards, often called the Oscars of the global fine dining industry, were presented at a ceremony held at the Wynn in Las Vegas on June 5, 2024. Barcelona's Disfrutar won the top prize, a remarkable achievement for the restaurant. Previously ranked number two, Disfrutar is owned and operated by chefs Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mateu Casanas. Diners at Disfrutar are characterized by dishes like the caviar-filled Panchino doughnut, the frozen gazpacho sandwich, and the squab with kombu spaghetti, almond, and grape.
