good stuff man, look into drum charts and how theyre written, the feet are written stems down and hands stems up like two seperate sections on the one stave, also the hats should be labeled on the same line and use o or ø to represent open or half open

Keep in mind the sax part is supposed to start the phrase on a g, not an f. Other than that, looks good!
