Putri just has a way of bringing out the emotional humanity in us all. She is so gifted, talented. However perhaps her purity and character, integrity is her biggest talent of all. Amazing woman ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Putri was born premature and lost vision on both eyes soon after. Putri was 8 years old when she competed at IGT, the IGT crowd love her and she won it. But the music industry is a different animal. Indonesia is that country with many big talents, like for real. So they sidestepped this blind girl for other mainstream artists to promote. Someone who can dress sexy, you get the drift. This is what Putri meant when she said that people only see her as a blind person, not as a musician. Also the part "I don't fit into the crowd", "I wont be like them", "this is who i am", because she is a blind person. The struggle was real. There wasn't that many public appearances by Putri because she hardly gets invited. Most Indonesians have never heard of her till AGT. I live in a country just next to Indonesia but I've never heard of Putri but I've heard about other acts including the guy who also competed in AGT. But her parents never gave up, believed in her and planned ahead, they gave her a solid education, set up her YouTube channel to build up her body of work and fans. Look at how fluent Putri is in English now. This help greatly if you want to break into the International market. Other Indonesian acts cant speak in English. Parents also applied to feature her on AGT since she was 13, however AGT turned a blind eye UNTIL 2023. She got her break and now she is known globally (and she started to get invites to local shows, ah the hypocrisy). If I'm not mistaken the producer tried to copy gamelan sounds for some parts. Gamelan is an Indonesian instrument, don't think there's any in Norway. Putri can play the gamelan too.
