Hey Barb great video I loved it!! Quick note - on the coat of arms that is not the Jordanian flag but the flag of the Arab Revolt against the ottomans which started in Aqaba, which hoists the flag on one of the tallest flag poles in the world. The arab revolt flag consists of the pan arab colors like you said. Really awesome though! Been subscribed since the Australia episode and I watch all of your episodes!

Hey Barby, great video. I have a small fact to add to the Coat of arms of Jordan. Those two flags are not Jordanian flags, they are Arab Revolt flags. Using pan-Arabic colors, they look similar to many Arab nations flags but in fact, no country has that flag for its own. The flag was used by Arabs during their revolt against the Ottoman Empire during WW1. In Aqaba, Jordan you can see a very big version of this flag.

When you mentioned Turkmenistan, I felt so intoxicated. I never went there, but I do know someone, who's great grandmother (I think) is from there.

It's from a popular Bollywood movie called "Dil Dhulhanya Leh Jayenge". (Extra info: The male protagonist says that line to his love interest and his name is 'Rahul' in the movie, so he mentions the same dialogue but naturally, says "Mera naam 'Rahul' hai" instead of 'Barby' (obviously 😂))

Actually, the bars on mini flags on the coat of arms don't follow the same order as the actual flag. Also that overall look for the coat of arms has been previously used by the Ottomans and Egypt under the monarchy, definitely hints at the ties to the ottoman empire.
