Hi, I am sorry that Hermes sold you a used bag! It is the shop’s responsibility to check the product…
I have just ordered this bag in GM same color to use it as vanity case for my travel. I think it will do the job nicely. I like that it looks like a Japanese traditional lunch bag so I will also try to use it as such and prepare my own meal for work.😊 I agree that it does not look like a handbag. I hope you will find a way to use it or to resell it to someone who will love it. Wishing you all the best !
