Can any one imagine walking into a garden and being met by Jesus, how awesome I think that would be.

I am 74 and remember singing this song in church choir as a young girl. It was my favorite. Then when I was about 60, my late husband and I bought a farm on 5 acres. I planted tons of flowers and several roses. In the early mornings if it was nice, I would walk out to the garden and sing that song. I didn't care if anyone heard me, just wanted Jesus to hear me. It is still my favorite hymn.

I was just thinking about how my dad was MIA when I was a child. I was crying, healing tears, and this song came on. He is walking with me. Praise God. no bitterness towards my Dad. He did not have a childhood. He worked away from home as a child during the depression. I am my Beloved's and He is mine. His banner over me is love.
