One of the great 20th century songs. It almost tells as much as It suggests. Mickey's interpretation is unbeatable.

The greatest songwriter most people have never heard of. He did the original of "American Trilogy." Waylon Jennings refers to him in "Luckenbach Texas. I'll never forget him.
