Gujarat captain Suresh Raina won the toss and elected to bat first against Mumbai in the match 35 of IPL 2017. Winning 6 out of 8 matches has placed MI in the second position in the league table. Gujarat, on the other hand, have had a poor season so far. They have managed to collect just 5 points from 8 matches and are fifth in the table.
