I remember being 13 years old listening to the indestructible album in that time I used to get bullied about my weight so I would workout to disturbed for hours.

12 years later I am 25 in the best shape of my life it feels like they came back in a more evolved version of myself.

My grandpa’s funeral was a couple Fridays ago, and I was really feeling low after it was over. I got home, sat down, checked my phone, and Disturbed had just announced that new music was coming very soon. The timing couldn’t have been better to cheer me up.

This song is about getting rid of the complacency in your life, the thing that keeps you under water. The thing that you know is bad for you but you do it anyway cause it's easy and convient. You know that if you just did away with it your life would improve but we don't cause we're complacent and even obsessive.

22 years ago when I first heard David sing "OH AH AH AH AH" I was hooked and knew they were destined for greatness. My friends didn't think they were going to be that popular and man does it feel good to know that I was right. Disturbed is one of the greatest bands in my lifetime.
