Is it possible to use logs that might have some curve in them on the lathe? For example, where it might not be efficient to saw lumber with a curved log, given that too much will have to be trimmed off first, if you are only going after the core of the log, then perhaps a curved log can be used?

An A on the Nice tool. But a D on Presentation. "This piece here". Get away from saying that. You said it several times. KNOW the part that you are talking about, and use its name ie Headstock, Tailstock, Headstock Cleat, etc. But yeah, I'd want to buy it.
