I'm more of a monthly journal person but I do like how you do the weekly.

Beautiful covers! I usually do my planning ugly, meaning that I use low quality notebooks and no decorations, sometimes I would use stickers I don't want to put in my main journal. You know how non-journaling people sometimes gift you stationery but it's not ✨aesthetic✨ haha. That stationery would end up in my ugly plannin journal while I keep my main one pretty.
