i find this wrong.. women has every right to abort the fetus even when she is raped or is mistakingly pregnant if 1. the condom breaks or 2.. the birth control not taking in effect, its happened to a few women, how fucking cruel can they be to take away a womans right for her own BODY.

A fully developed human that can survive unassisted by machines outside the womb is entitled to all the rights of any other human being. Until that time, it's not a fully developed human life. It's a potential human life. Aborting that is the personal, legal choice of the owner of that womb. If Jesus exists and doesn't agree, he can come down in person and set us all straight. Until then, it'd be real nice if you religious types would realize we are a secular republic and your religious views have no place in government whatsoever.
