Tundra Swans in Flight

These seven tundra swans are in process of migrating from the Southeast up to northern Canada. Four years ago I also captured seven swans (were they the same ones?) taking off from the same field, but more than two weeks earlier, in mid-March. Spring and snowmelt is later than normal this year.
