I thought Week 2 of the course was all I’d ever need in life, but this video just tipped it, insane, I’ll probably watch this once a month for the rest of my life

Coming up with efficient ways to solve problems reminds me of the old proverb, "necessity is the mother of invention"...where there's a need, there's a potential business opportunity.

If you want to win long-term, you have to sacrifice short term.

If you want freedom later, you have to sacrifice freedom now (known as discipline).

If you want to have fun later, be bored now.

If you want to feel good later, you have to sacrifice what feels good now.

Thank you for this video. I always thought there was something wrong with me because I always feel like a walking contradiction, and no-one really understands. People just project their biases onto me, when I'm usually in this completely other world just trying to observe what the hell is going on. Now that I've started becoming an entrepreneur it's even more apparent as both sides of things are giving me massive amount of pushback, so this video just speaks to me. That confidence thing is spot on. I always feel like a failure, and that drives me to be the best to ever exist. When I say things like that, people just think that I either have self-esteem issues, or that I think I'm the best, neither of which are really true. Anyway, thank you so much for making me not feel crazy.

This video also does a great job of highlighting the paradoxes of the world.
Be confident, yet be humble.
Stand in chaos, and in order.
Be a specialist, yet know many things.
To achieve freedom, you must give up freedom.
etc.
It's something I've considered for a long time, and I find it extremely interesting.

So fucking good! Actually so much made sense. It kinda gave me approval what I was feeling and thinking but because most people follow some bullshit rules, you think you are wrong. I will need to listen to this few times more. I also shared this to some friends because it's that good!

Being able to hold two seemingly opposing ideas at once is a great skill.

Don't get stuck in binary/black and white thinking. It's all shades of grey.

It's been over a year but just want to say I am really grateful to you for sharing this insight of "Non-dualistic thinking in practice" - you've produced some amazing videos but this really is one of your best. Absolutely love it! Thank you.

The video is literally a practical buddhist guide, explained so simple that everyone can comprehend. The opposites is like yin & yang and being able to scale between them is the 'middle way' that's explained in Buddhism.

One of the few valuable videos I’ve seen recently. Really a mental paradigm shift that opens up untapped potential. Thanks man!

I love how you can see right through all the complexity and make everything seem so simple with some basic logic.
