Great video! I would say my KBO Breeze has exceeded expectations:) My decision to purchase the KBO came after several weeks of extensive research. The best deal on the market. It's a joy to ride and I am glad I bought my bike through KBO! Plenty of power and amazing range.

Suspension seat posts - I don't know why they are not using it more often in the e-bikes industry.

I went with an $850 HeyBike Cityscape but this KBO or a Radrunner could be my next bike.

The suspension seat posts must have been redesigned and upgraded. Every bike that I have bought or borrowed that had a suspension seat post twists a little side to side while you are pedaling. Not right away when the bike was new but soon after. This was a great annoyance so I ended up throwing the seat post away and putting on a standard seat post. Good video but I still think the KBO Breeze with all its free accessories and strong build is the best bike for the price. It’s also the best looking bike. That orange is stunning and how the frame flows is appealing. The wires and cables were placed inside or along the frame and the battery partially integrated into the frame integrated added to its appeal. Thanks for the video and assessment of this ebike.

Go with another EBIKE company unless you want to wait months for any item you place. They will take your money but not send the product you order. The communication is terrible. My seat post was warped upon shipping and they said to "bend it back".

There was another manufacturer problem they were notified of the day I received my bike and to this day, they have yet to fix it. I ordered a "fence" for the bike in February. Still, nothing and its May. I get an email from them that it is ready to ship...but then a week later, nothing. When I contact them back, they tell me it's 2-3 weeks before shipment. When you try to contact them, it's only by email and its spotty communication. They say things like "we will urge our service department". Stop blaming others and just fix the problem and make it right for the customer. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to go another direction. They aren't worth it.

I purchased a Velowave 27.5 tire, 500watt, commuter bike. $1099 on Amazon. Great bike, very similar build, but they are out of stock. I bought for my wife the Lectric 2.0, but the 9.6ah battery was drained after a 12 mile ride at level 3 riding...really let us down due to lack of battery life and how it was mismatched to ride beside the Velowave. Lectric said 'tough beans' and suggested I sell the bike, which I did.

I just ordered the KBO Breeze, which is the same size as the Velowave with similar specs. What people should consider when having bikes is how they ride together. The Velowave at level 1 goes 11-15 mph. Another bike may go 11-15mph at level 3. If you are buying 2 bikes, but the same model so that you can ride together with your partner at the same speed and cadence. I am hoping my 2 bikes ride together well and the batteries hold up well on a longer ride. My goal is to be able to take up to a 30-35 mile ride on a single charge.

KBO will not fix your bike if there’s a problem with it they do not honor their warranty they They will only advise you on what to do but if that doesn’t work you are screwed If you ask him for an address to send the bike to so that you will get it fixed by them they will not send you an address and completely ignore your text this company kBO is very untrustworthy.
