Code and Explanation:

Retro - I made a reading error (though problem was ambiguous to me) and then compounded it on a tilt. Still finished all the problems in 20 minutes, a relatively easy set, can't complain, just got to cut down on silly mental errors.

9:04 the one optimization I did with sorting was to set tail to largest elem in the list, since dividing each elem produces 1 at minimum and you're guaranteed an answer
