This promo is hilarious with the fans reactions... I've seen those videos and they're so funny to watch. I'm glad that ABC decided to use them, to recognize that the fans are a huge part of the success of this show, which obviously has already a great cast and crew. This time I'm proud of ABC. Now... When Psych's upcoming season was extended from 8 episodes to 10, they pitched three different stories, put it to a vote, and let the fans choose the two new episodes. But this is pretty awesome too. Since Nathan Fillion is great at reaching out to fans, I wouldn't be surprised if this promo was partly his idea. Last spring, he tweeted photos of himself in different areas of Seattle and in each area, hid a surprise for Seattle browncoats - fans of the show Firefly - to hunt down and find.

Castle running from the dog with his writer's vest is from Wrapped In Death, but Peter James Smith, guest star in S6 confirmed via twitter the back of the chair he's sitting in is on the right of the frame, so it IS a new scene. I am obsessed with Castle and have watched each episode a million times and I can tell you that shot of Kate in front of the Map with Ashton heights (VA) on it is NOT from any of the episodes from S1 to S5.

I'm 99% sure that the little blip at the 10 second mark is new. I've rewatched most of the episodes recently, and judging by Beckett's hair, and the techy blue of the room, it's probably at Beckett's new job in D.C.
