We often complain about social media, and the ways it can be used to harm. But in the case of abusers and criminals, this is important for spreading the word...and letting others know what this person has done.

If she abused an animal, take her to court and let her face the music. Animal abusers do not stop until they are made to stop. We all know that animal abusers escalate to harming / killing humans.

they need to have that registry in every town, in every city, in every state & in every country!! Once you abuse an animal should never be allowed to own another one. Just like once you been charged with child abuse or neglect you should never be allowed to have children.

I never knew they had such a list that is a fantastic thing why it's not true of the entire United States is beyond my comprehension animals been so severely abused and neglected everyday and every city scene 70 people on that list is disgusting considering the millions that die every day from abuse I've always felt that is as disgusting as abusing any child or elderly person or anyone animals need voices speak for them because they cannot

Why do you have an animal if you are not going to care for it. What was done to this dog should be done to the owners.

I get she is not aupposed to have pets but I do not think they can stop her spouse from having a pet. Nor can they tell you when you must euthenize your old pet.
