Story Summary :-
OP has always tried to be a good son. He's done his best to listen to his parents, get good grades, and never cause trouble. There is no need for his parents to even worry about him. If OP isn't at home, he is spending time with his best friend. The two of them always spend time together in and out of school. His friend also has a younger sister who is sixteen two years younger than him.
One day when OP gets home, he finds his parents sitting on the couch with his friend parents. For some reason, they claim that he has gotten his friend's sister pregnant. He denies it. The parents of his friend are saying that he impregnated their daughter, which is a lie. He doesn't even like her that way, nor has he been romantic with her in any way. He denies it, but his parents kick him out because they think he took advantage of a 16-year-old.
The friend starts spreading rumors at school that OP impregnated his sister, leading to him getting jumped by friends of the sister! When the baby is born, it ends up being Asian! Both families are white, so this proves OP isn't the father.
His parents try to say they are sorry and offer to take him back in. They offer him a check to pay for his college fund. He takes it, takes it into account, and opens it on his own. Then, when he gets to college, he cuts off his parents, refusing to have a relationship with them. His parents try to get back into his life, especially because OP's father has gotten sick. They need OP to come back and help, but he refuses.

He never forgave his parents and siblings and lives far away with a new name.

I read other comments before making this one. You should sue Sabrina and her parents and point out to the court that you were kicked out of the house because of her accusation. If I were you I would make your parents testify to what they did and how you suffered. Let the court know that you were beaten up by Sabrina's friends. I think you would win. Good Luck

Kid should have pressed charges on attackers, then sue school for lack of dispensary actions against them and sister as she instigated the attack. Hostile school environment and retaliated against the victim.

Sueing parents for slander and unlawful eviction(no 30 day notice) maybe settled out of court due to check. How id explain it to others going forward.

Sue her and her parents for slander and emotional duress. They had him attacked, get him disowned by heartless parents, and not allowed to attend school and attend graduation.

Have more than enough to fully cover college amd take aunt on nice family vacation plus change last name. Cuz f um that's why.

You think you have it tough. Well my 16 y old sister got pregnant by my husband. My mom blamed me. We got a divorce and they were married. He should have been sent to prison. But oh no its thier baby girl. Fml. That was another lifetime ago. Parents gone i am now 68 with 4 grown kids of my own. Never saw or talked to my sister again.😊❤
