I would like to share my experience with the Amazfit GTR 3. I purchased the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro in January 2022. I liked the design of the watch and the battery life. In July 2023, I sent it in for a warranty claim, because the touchscreen stopped working and the watch could not be operated. The claim was accepted, the fault was unrepairable and was resolved by replacing it with a new piece.

Unfortunately in August 2024 even with this new watch there was a defect, the watch would always switch to the switch off/restart screen and then switch off. Now the watch cannot be used.

The first watch lasted functional for 18 months. The second one only worked for 13 months and this one, even though it was new, could no longer be claimed.

Amazfit's statement on the repair of the Amazfit GTR 3 watch was that due to the waterproof design and design of the watch, it could not be repaired or would not be cost effective.

At least I gained experience, next time just don't accept the replacement but straight out withdraw from the contract and buy it again, at least one gets the warranty again, which may not be a bad thing with this watch.

I was satisfied with the watch, but I admit that it could have worked longer.

How to buy t-rex 2?

Man, I have a GTR4, and so, I'm sorry... there's a lot missing from the smartwatch. Here in Brazil, it doesn't have NFC. WhatsApp is limited... even though the 3.5 update came, almost nothing changed. Applications, almost none are compatible with the smart. I'm going to exchange it for a Samsung... I've always used Amazfit, since the GTR1, but disappointed with the GTR4. And even if I get the Balance, the NFC, it is not released for use in BRAZIL.

Cara, tenho um GTR4, e assim, arrependido... falta muita coisa no smartwatch. Aqui no Brasil, ele não tem NFC. O WhatsApp, é limitado... mesmo vindo a atualização 3.5, não mudou quase nada. Aplicativos, quase nenhum é compatível com o smart. Vou trocar por 1 Samsung... sempre usei Amazfit, desde o GTR1, mas, decepcionado com o GTR4. E mesmo se eu pegar o Balance, o NFC, não é liberado para usar no BRASIL.
