Wow that is an incredibly muffled sound. TBH I kind of love it.

They make a bell-front version of this with a slightly larger bell. They call it the mini-jazz tuba. I have one and love it. I don't find it stuffy at all but it definitely is not very loud. It's well suited for smaller ensembles.

Should I buy one of these for events like tuba Christmas? I was wanting to get one and I feel like it would be fun to bring around!

I’ve played one at the Chicago showroom. They’re very stuffy and hard to play
