Insight to Israel - The Druze

High up in the Carmel mountains of northern Israel you can find the Druze, a secretive ethno-religious group that plays a major part in Israeli society. ILTV.tv's Natasha Kirtchuk had the chance to visit Daliyat al-Karmel, a place some would call the capital of the Druze community. Take a look.

Halaby, we have Halaby family in Lebanon and Syria as well, they are named like that reffered to Aleppo which is in Arabic (Halab). I'm a Lebanese/Syrian Durze, thank you for the good video ^_^.

The Druze religion proves that the world is round and all religious faith revolve around the round world and mingle to create a so wonderful DRUZE religion who believe in reincarnation and their prophet is of Israel . The Israeli Druze are Israeli nationalist but the Lebanon Druze are Lebanon nationalist but the Syrian Druze are divided in the Golan Heights between Syria and Israel . But the Druze religion is so wonderful .

Whilst traveling through Lebanon I came across a Druze village and there spent a marvellous afternoon with a family . Invited to afternoon tea . A very interesting experience . Of course the best known Druze outside the Levant is Walid Jumblatt
