He is only 13 so he still has time to put on muscle and improve his game, so he still has a chance. But I cannot stress enough that he needs to put on muscle.

I think he has marfan sindrom from what I've learned about the disease but I don't know that, however I don't think he can be nba level because how slow he is and in that video he looked like he couldn't even dunk at that height
