One thing to keep in mind that a lot of people don't get approved the first time. You may even go before an ALJ before you get approved. It is often a long process with a lot of forms. I highly recommend scanning ALL of the papers and evidence you submit. A cheap scanner of your choice with an automatic feeder is a good thing to have and can be bough used from any place where you can get used electronics. Just run some other papers through before you use it on your good stuff to make sure it is not destroying papers.

Won my ALJ hearing then step 4 at my local SSA office by my home . Now portal says final review being done in Jamaica, Queens ? Never lived there or worked there . Why has my review been moved to another state?

I have chose 2 lawyers was a failure both times, I have had the worst situations happen to me with getting my case looked at by someone who can really dive into the actual reading from beginning to end to see what was submitted, the evidence and how they look at it.

Hi. My husband is about to have back surgery number 3, and the 2nd one where they will be using rods and screws. If we try to sign him up on disability I am not really sure what date to use as when he first became disabled. He is still currently working 45 hours a week and it hurts him everyday. His first surgery was about 8 years ago. The second surgery was 4 years ago and they fused and put in rods and screw in the lower back. This third will be fused and rods and screws in the upper back.

I was basically called a liar by this judge, as were my witnesses. She also focused on the thing causing me the LEAST amount of problems instead of the real problem.
So now I go to the media with some shit her college friend showed me. "Judges" (`not a real judge and we all know how she got that position. Always dig into peoples backgrounds so you can punish them when the time comes) that use the D word, the N word, and openly discriminate against blue collars, should not be on the bench.
Personally, i think if you have proof thats how they got the job, they shouldn't.
Oh and she has no medical knowledge. The people deciding disability cases SHOULD NOT BE people who went to law school. Tf do you know about medical things? Oh thats right. You dont. You think Dr. Googs does tho.
