Happy birthday Grace. Writing to everyone here from Eleuthera, Bahamas. Was at Surfer's beach today, picked up a crab lying on the reef- those small round eyes; swam some; did some exercises on the sand, my brother and I left from different places but came out at this one trail at the same time (unexpectantly) that looks straight from yoda's degobah country. i observed he has a stronger heartbeat than mine; but i listen prb 1000x better than him- a dog jumped a bit on me-wasnt so bad; i did some balancing poses along shore. Hope you had a nice birthday- hey has anyone here ever watched the cdn's show "The Good Stuff" (Mary Berg)?
Oh I shook hand's with Lenny Kravitz at a local party here- that was unexpected- i told him i actually dont like to shake hands but prefer (jpn-style) a slight bow as I said until I get to know the other a bit more
