Beautifully done. I wish you were making a vegan version. One day maybe :)

I think I'd like your version of the beef, my favorite sushi has rice crispies cereal on the outside though, you should try it if you like crunches.

Just discovered your great channel (forgot to 'like' the video i found and watched about making powders from fruit and veg). I'm quite the food prepper, including FORAGING, and Im interested in making entire meals from FLOWERS. I've been gathering a lot of flowers this year, drying, and then storing them in jars (for years now, I NEVER throw out any glass jar!). Theres not much info online about the taste of, nor recipe's for, eating flowers - but what there IS, I've read about it already. Right now Im picking orange day lillies which are blooming everywhere in and around my yard, so, I think I have to make up some meals on my own, I guess...and so if you have any interest or ideas re this, do let me/us know - for in THESE TIMES where they want to kill us all off, killing farms and farmers (see Ice Age Farmer), etc etc etc, eating cheap or free, but more than anything, eating healthy foods, is something to THINK and ACT on.
Love and Prayers to you and yours, from crumbling crooked mafia infested Syracuse NY where the fun never starts and the freemasons are everywhere EVERYWHERE (I'll be the first to be hauled away to a FEMA camp chuckle chuckle) Actually, those of us who're awake most often have NO fear and we enJOY life regardless of the monsters at work against us...just sayin'. Sayin' cuz I still CAN say somethin', instead of being in shock or falling silent like most DO. Just sayin' lol

I'm super scared of eating raw salmon that I fix vs at the restaurant. Is there any difference from the salmon used for sushi and the one I can buy at any store (like Aldi, HEB)? Keep up the great videos! If you know how to do bulgogi that would be awesome! Been craving it lol

These are some very thick rolls. You cant put one whole piece in your mouth, but they look good.

yoyoyo whats up good job man, I learned how to make sushi from a professional chef and you did pretty well, but you forgot to mention to leave a little bit of space on the sides of the nori when filling it with rice, or that water helps you to not stick rice to your rolling mat and knife! All in all I think a video that could be just as or more beneficial is sourcing, where do you get the ingredients for your homemade sushi, from fish to nori all the way to the teriyaki or hoisin sauce.. much love man

Probably a dumb question but could you use cauliflower rice instead? Thanks for the video.
