Learn how to install an Aluminum Bed Floor Kit in your classic Chevy, GMC or Ford truck. These kits are a great modern alternative to replace old, worn wooden bed floors. Kevin Tetz walks you through the installation steps.

LMC Truck is the only company that has digitized true wood grain, all from the same tree, so the boards are specifically designed to be used together. The aluminum boards are waterproof, chemical proof and stain proof, and come in 3 oak color variations and an American walnut. Bed strips also come in your choice of polished or paintable.

LMC Truck's Aluminum Bed Floor Kits are ready to install right out of the box with the provided hardware. Basic hand tools and a few hours time are all you need to complete this truck project.

Like the use of the rubber tubing. Very informative video, this will help with wood as well. I will be installing a wood bed in my 65 GMC.

*The odds of me drilling that many holes that actually line up is pretty close to ZERO. It does look real nice when they do it though.*

Thanks LMC, placing my first order soon for the floor pans and rockers for my '60 C10. Kevin is a huge help and a great spokesman for LMC. A true craftsman.

If LMC could engineer the boards with stock bolts and stock bolt location, one wouldn’t need a “buddy system” and 3 days 😂 to install??

Cool video, and very informative. This kit should be made available for the 73-87 Chevy. If it is, it's not in the catalog or on the website.

I had a 57 Chevrolet 1-ton panel van that I had to redo the floors in making and routing my own boards that I don't think we're as hard as this... Nor as expensive

Use self tapping screws to make pilot holes. They're cheap, don't walk as much, and save your drill bits.
