Panther BBQ can also file a civil lawsuit, get money damages for the trailer. Buy a new trailer, and post online the names of the guys that stole his trailer. It’s not defamation if it’s true.

A "guy" did this. The "guy" is apparently a secret suspect.

It's kinda gross when you have video evidence, and they still have a hard time making a case.

Panther City beats that hole in the wall by a landslide. No comparison in quality food.

It’ll come out that they’re relatives of the DayBreak cafe.

If they aint got hands, they can't steal again

A civil suit perhaps ? That often happens in homicide cases where the prosecutors are reluctant to charge. Prosecutors will sometimes charge after a civil wrongful death suit.

Hopefully, the police will get enough and arrest the owner of the other restaurant that also owns the chop shop next door. They need to put these people in jail! If they don't get at least a few years it will send a huge message to other thieves that it is o.k. to steal from other businesses. This could have easily shut down a struggling business and cost a lot of people their jobs!

That Daybreak Cafe owner knows when to "put up or shut up" and with the evidence firmly shouldering his way he is strategically not putting up and rather has shut up - as his law talent no doubt advised him.

of course he hung up. He was trying to still their stuff to bring business his way. Dude thought he was slick with all the chop shops around his place

So are you NOT showing the suspect because it's black history month?

Everyone should leave a bad review and zero stars

If you value your trailer, don’t use these cheap locks.

$30K and they know the van and have the driver on video doing the same thing a few months ago. But the DA does not want to bother as he might lose. Either that or it is all organized crime, and everyone’s in on it, including the DA and the individual whose trailer was taken.

Give thieves a choice, tattoo thief across your forehead or lose a finger?

The bigger story is the owner of the Daybreak Cafe.

Yeah, dude *def* knew the thief. Even if they didn't actively participate they allowed the stolen units to be parked in the lot next door which they also owned.

It's just a tiny part of an organized operation being run by a couple of low-IQ clowns.

And, of course, the owners of the units were not clever enough to buy cheap, easily concealed tracking devices. That's on them.

So who was the guy that was arrested for stealing the trailers? This was a pointless story. Everybody that watches this video came hear to find out WHO. They already know the 'what'.
