You are funny. I wish you the best on the AT. I’m planning my thru hike of the AT also but for March 2023.

It's 80 percent mental. If you set your mind to never quit you can make it. There is a strong physical challenge but if you get your gear as light as possible without putting yourself at risk or becoming a burden on other hikers you can make it. Only a 1/4 attempting the thru hike make it to the end. If you know you are not stopping till the end we'll see you at Katahdin. If you flounder in your determination you will find reasons to quit. Most hikers who quit use the excuse of injury when in reality they just lost it mentally. Get your brain game on point and shoot some great videos and enjoy the trail. You have great energy. You are so refreshing to watch. Stop worrying if you look like a train wreck, seriously what you're about to do takes courage and strength. I also lo e your sense of humor.
