How did you feel about John Lucas' coaching in this game?

If Lucas would take over for the rest of the season that would be great for the development of our young core and better have them prepared for whoever becomes our coach next year.

Would love John Lucas to take over for the rest of the season.

Lucas as a interim at this point ain’t a bad idea

Throughout the season a main question has been if the team is too selfish or not. Seeing that the nucleus of the team without their start Play with heart and in cohesion is hopeful. Hopefully the boys seeing cohesive winning basketball will inspire selfless play!!

Silas is a great coach, I think he does what’s asked of him in developing these guys, but you can see the frustration, and his nice guy attitude doesn’t hold these guys accountable, but Lucas pulling guys out and setting an example speaks a lot mentally for these guys

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they just tell Silas to take a leave of absence then have him decline his coach option so they don’t have to fire him

Usman Garuba hit two clutch three-pointers to keep us in the game. Neither Jalen nor KPJ would have made that pass.

Maybe Jabari steps it up like all star break Jalen

I like Silas but after seeing that game I don’t want to see him coach another rockets game ever again

I think John lucid is a great motivator and old school… hold players accountable type of coach… but I think coach fatta is the jewel… I think he is the x and o’s guy‼️I think he can bring some fresh approaches to things… relate to the youngsters… but still hold them accountable… and jalen has a relationship already with him

When rockets fans get mad we won it gets me mad. Like do they not understand the lottery? At this point, we need to win as much as possible for the morale of these guys

Lucas has the leadership the young Rocket players need but we are tanking. And there is no way they are going to fired Silas until the decide they want to win. Too me it looked like the Pistons gave the game to the Rockets.

It seems to me, that Silas is a nice guy, perhaps I'm wrong, but from my observations he appears a fairly mild mannered man. Nothing wrong with that, except when it comes to getting on players asses when need be. Lucas still has that fire, as was evident from this game. These young players need that, and seem to really respect JL, and respond. I'd like to see more of a sample size with JL coaching as HC before I say let's bring JL on full-time, but it's looking like it would be better for the team as a whole, so far.

Here for the ASMR cough and overarching lessons! Lol Hope the team retains the ball sharing and grit and grind mentality with Sengun, Green, and KPJ’s return.

Don't fire Silas, just switch positions or give Lucas more responsibilities

These yougsters need a more dictator type coach. I agree with the experiment with change in headcoach.
Jabari really disapointed on the shooting. I think he should be held back to save energy for some training. Unless there is a monster scorer killing Rockets in a match he should not enter any match. This is not to punish the 19 yearold rookie but for him to figure out what is going wrong with the guidance of coaches.
Pistons were really bad in rebounding all the season and rockets were great. Near everything was good on pistons side but Rockets rebounding negated al those by itself.
I can not call these players as the Goonies that all the NBA players are top of the top players and be stars when oppotunity is given. But as it seems, even Rockets bench has the talent to be able to beat an NBA team.
KJ Martin... Man... How high can he fly?
