Mirvac Begins Construction on Prince & Parade in Brunswick

@mirvacgroup has officially commenced construction on Prince & Parade, its latest parkside apartment development in Brunswick, designed in collaboration with acclaimed architects @BatesSmartArchitects
Located opposite the 39-hectare Princes Park, this project follows Mirvac’s award-winning developments The Eastbourne and The Melburnian.
- 166 apartments across two buildings – nine levels on Brunswick Road and five levels on Park Street.
- Designed to maximise park views with floor-to-ceiling glass and rooftop terraces.
- Premium amenities, including a wellness studio, library, resident lounge, dining room, and ground-floor retail space.
- Sustainability-focused, all-electric building in line with Mirvac’s net positive carbon target by 2030.
- Landscaping by Jack Merlo, creating lush rooftop and courtyard spaces inspired by Princes Park.
Construction is expected to top out in 2025, with completion slated for mid to late 2026.
