Running up to sawmill and calling in fire support from my own BTR which kills Shturman and all his guards for me but we both explode in the A 10 gun run called in by an owner of the 500$ (plus taxes) Escape from Hell Redux version, before I can loot anything. Good thing I bought premium insurance for 5.99 so all my items are safe and I get them back instantly. The year is 2028, Tarkov is supposed to fully release soon.

Imagine you are playing Solo and take on a 4 man, kill 3, but the last guy calls in 4 more friends.

As someone who got EOD on what was probably my 6th or 7th wipe (Many of which going all the way to Kappa) I feel like it was something a bit pay to win, but having recently had gotten a very demanding job I could not dedicate the same early wipe time to grinding out the Epsilon container in the first few days like I had done before, so in my eyes it was a convenience feature, not having to solely focus on Prapor and being able to enjoy the game at a more leisurely pace in the early wipe. I also have to admit that it didn’t make as big of a difference as I thought it would, just saved me some money on meds since I could take grizzlies and not lose them every 3 or so raids when I removed them from the Alpha to put it back in my bag, and honestly I’d have gone back to standard edition if I could(or maybe not, since I liked that game, and wanted to support it so much, I got multiple friends copies). Another problem was eod kind of took the fun out of Jaeger quests, with the extra rep with him making it all too easy(I felt it on other traders too, but mostly Jaeger). With all of that said being said, this is not at all how I feel about the current state of things; I DO NOT WANT A BTR, or to be able to FUCKING SPAWN MY FRIENDS IN RAID (seriously wtf?). This just feels way over the line, sure we had some p2w before, but as someone who played both versions extensively can say, it used to be just some convenience(again Epsilon in a week is quite doable, which is really the main advantage), nothing game breaking, now everything has just gone to shit (really should call it the special DLC operation). Sorry to anyone who read all this venting from someone who, honestly, should not have put so many thousands of hours on this game. Probably going to sell my account, let’s hope the second hand market hasn’t tanked too bad.

"Final iteration" oh man, Nikita isn't done screwing his whole customer base over just yet.
It's not the p2w new edition with the new stupid items, and it's not the stupid $250 price. The problem is the constant disrespect and gaslighting from BSG and Nikita to the community that makes their whole game.

All they had to do is release PVE mode to EOD as a DLC as promised, to buy for everyone els, add Unheard, the same as EOD but Cultist themed, Cultist cosmetics(hoodys, lighthouse keeper skin or some crap), hide out theme, dog tag, knifes and some pestily masks for $50, focus on cosmetics/hideout themes/skins (Outright copy POE with that stuff) and this would NEVER have happened and theyd have made 100x the cash. but no, kill game instead.

I used mark of the unheard and you lost alot of karma if you shoot skavs who dont shoot back.. think of
It as a radio you use to call truce but if you shoot first its considered betrayl and lose karma

personally, after playing SPT, i see no reason to try BSG's version because there is no way it will be better, at least not for a long f'n time.
