Carefully apply the one-step hybrid polymer sealant CC One. After three to five minutes, remove any excess with a microfibre cloth. Then you let the Hybrid Coating CC One do its job and react for at least four hours. The surface of the car then has a wet shine and reflects the light partic­u­larly evenly. You can see your­self reflected in the result.

Hello, firstly i want to say nice and simple video (I just wanted to see a little bit more beading testing) and also sorry for the long comment 😊 but i will explain some details in order to be clear what i mean..

So, I just wanted your opinion/experience about my recent experience applying Sonax CC one.


After washing, polishing and then wiping off with Prepare, I applied it in my garage.

Directions say that ideal temperature is between 20-30 degrees and i applied the coating at 24-25 degrees,
the problem was that the applicator pads after 2-3 panels were almost hard, Even though i spent all 4 of them for one car..

At the end when i was coating my last quarter door panel(40x40cm areas), it lightly scratched the panel ..

So, i had to wipe off with Prepare, one pass of polishing and then i hopefully had the small suede microfiber for coatings(which other brands(like Carpro) are using and i used this one to finish the application..

Also, something that i noticed is that after coating one panel, the “original” included microfiber applicator probably was getting “clocked”, because flashing time was getting longer than when just using it new.
With “fresh new” applicator, flashing time was a minute or less ! After one and a half door panels, flashing time was double or more, and after some time it could scratch the panels..


I don’t know if it was something wrong in my case, but i am wondering if Sonax needs to add extra microfiber applicators for hotter climates or to add some extra microfiber suedes in the package..

Can you still use Sonax Polymer Netshield on top, in order to extend the durability, like CC36?
