AMD A8-5600K CPU usage playing 1080 movie

I just assembled a new computer for somebody I know.

Components list:
AMD A8 5600K, 3.6Ghz
ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M
Corsair XMS, 8GB, PC-12800 (DDR3-1600)
LG GH24NS90 (DVD burner)
MS-Tech V-GO450 (PSU)
Western Digital Caviar Green WD5000AZRX 500GB Sata600

When I had installed Windows 7 64bit and all the other programs that person needed (virusscanner, vlc, libreoffice, etc.) I did a quick test to see how the CPU usage would be if you play a 1080 HD movie and it seems very nice. I played this movie over the LAN without hick ups.

After that I played the same movie to see how my computer with an old cpu (Intel Core Quad Q6700 @ 2.66GHz) would do (also over LAN).
It showed me a CPU usage of 20 to 25 %. (sorry no video of that).

Please read the description, this computer was for somebody else. The person who uses this computer isn't a "real" gamer and it had to be a cheap pc.
So why spend more if you don't need it.

dude the boot time on this MB is ridiculous, even with fast boot it take forever idk why any tip?

idk but its fix now i flash it to first release bios seem to boot up just fine now before it would take 5 minute to boot

It's using the stock cooler and it's not that loud.

An APU is a CPU with integrated graphics.

Indeed it's a APU and in Windows it's called CPU usage.

an apu is a combination of cpu and gpu cores on the same die, it's not a cpu with IGP

Is the graphics processor integrated into the die? If so then it's an iGPU.
