Damn, the 80s was absolutely wild. Bangers after bangers after bangers.

I really feel bad for those who didn't grow up during the 80's. I was 17 in 1984, and consider myself blessed to this day.

One of the things I loved so much about 80's music, is that it wasn't about genres, it was about being new, exciting, fun, blending, & above all, we didn't take ourselves too seriously 😊

Ah, the '80s. It had its problems, but the music wasn't one of them. So glad I grew up with these songs! :)

I grew up with these songs. I'm 48. I'm impressed with your knowledge of the music from the 80's. You seem to really be enjoying the songs. 70s and 80s were the best decades for music.

It's crazy how many of these people we've lost: Whitney, Michael, George, Prince... it's so sad...

Makes me emotional thinking back to my childhood in the 80's and realize all those that were around back then both in personal life and not are no longer with us.

Best decade ever. Music, movies, TV shows, video games. Everything just exploded. We had so many musical icons at the same time, it was amazing.

Born in 74, these definitely were the years that formed me.

I was 11 when the eighties began and 21 when the decade ended. So yeah, I was immersed in this music during some very formative years.

Born in 70', these are the songs of my teen years. Only songs I didn't know were British hits and know and love everything from 83' on. MJ, Madonna, Whitney my Top 3.
And it all took off with MJ in 83'.

Notice how happy and uplifting these songs were, the 80s was an amazing time for me I was 13 in 1980 it kinda reflects how the mood was no fear playing out no nasty lyrics just a great great time miss being young.

I live that you love so many of these 80’s songs! I was born in 1979 and these songs were my childhood and I feel like they are better than music now.

This is the sound of my youth. I can distinctly remember these songs at parties and who I partied with. Being in my fifties, this is pure nostalgia. Thank you for showing such an appreciation for the music of the decade that made me into a person.

You are one of the first reactors i began watching. I love watching your excitement as each song rolled through. 70's is my favorite era but no one can deny the great music of the 80's. Nothing holds a memory like a song!!

In 1980 I was 7/8 yers old, in 1989 I was 16/17 years old. Best times growing up, best 10 years of any decade. I was blessed!

In George Michael's song, One More Try, the line, "There are things that I don't want to learn, " refers to falling for someone, only to have them break your heart. He goes on to say, "So I don't want to learn to
Hold you, touch you
Think that you're mine
Because it ain't no joy
For an uptown boy
Whose teacher has told him goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.

Officially my favorite video you've ever reacted to! You knew the words & sang with almost every song. You had the biggest smile the whole time. The 80's were a blast! Thanks Jay!
