Today we are looking at the 4350G/4300G again. This time we are going over its cTDP settings that are available within the Bios and is actually a selling point of the AMD website for this CPU.

The results are mixed with the whole cTDP setting not actually doing what I expected.

I was hoping the cTDP of 35 watt would behaviour like a 4300GE (maybe it does) but it certainly doesn't behaviour like other 35 watt CPUs own.

any question please leave a comment and I will try to answer them but the whole cTDP thing doesn't seem to do what I expected.

Do you know if this strange behaviour is still there with the latest bios as well? Also, I am curious if there is a possibility to change the cTDP from 'auto' to 'manual' and then set it to other values as well. I was able to set the cTDP on my ASROCK x470 Taichi to whatever value I wanted.

Hi. I am interested in the power draw from the wall during gaming or benchmarking for the 4300ge. Cant find anything about that. Guess it is lower than 4350g, but how much lower?
