Also using them to keep the boat level while setting down to keep your engine out of danger. I use my trolling motor to get to deeper water, then take off. I don’t have interceptors or a jack plate. Only takes a minute…

You’d never make it as a professional bass fisherman. I just watched a podcast with Scott Martin saying he was jumping oyster bars in 0.9 feet of water going 60+ mph on a 120 mile run one way.
